Soft tissue surgery includes castration of cats, dogs, and small mammals, removal of retained testes in cryptorchid patients, complete excision of the mammary chain in cases of tumors (we never remove only a single nipple), and other procedures including preoperative examinations, chest X-rays, and subsequent histopathology. We perform surgeries of the abdomen, chest, eyes, soft palate, perianal hernias, tumors, and adhesions, including specialized surgery for brachycephalic breeds. We also offer esophageal feeding tube placement and urethrostomy.
Emergency procedures include conditions such as uterine inflammation (pyometra), acute internal bleeding, removal of the uterus (ovariohysterectomy), presence of foreign bodies in the digestive tract, intestinal volvulus, and other life-threatening situations. In these cases, rapid diagnosis and immediate surgical intervention are crucial. Following the procedure, we provide professional postoperative care, including hospitalization and continuous monitoring of the patient’s condition, which significantly increases the chances of successful recovery and minimizes the risk of complications.
We provide the sale of medications and pet food directly at our reception, both in person and via prior order. For prescription medications, we offer dispensing based on a submitted prescription, including for clients of other veterinary clinics. In addition to our regular assortment, we also offer a wide selection of specialized veterinary diets designed to support the treatment of various conditions — ranging from digestive issues and kidney problems to food allergies. We are happy to assist you in selecting the appropriate product or diet tailored to your pet’s individual needs.
We have extensive experience in the medicine of senior and geriatric patients. Our goal is to improve their quality of life by identifying hidden illnesses and establishing individualized wellness plans. For seriously ill patients, we offer the possibility of hospitalization directly at our clinic. We frequently hospitalize animals with pancreatitis, kidney failure, fevers, frequent vomiting, or diarrhea, providing them with intensive care and regular monitoring.
Dental care includes a detailed examination of the oral cavity, including intraoral X-rays with direct digitalization, which allow precise diagnosis of dental and jaw diseases often hidden during routine check-ups. We perform professional teeth cleaning and polishing as prevention against tartar buildup and gum inflammation. All procedures are carried out under safe inhalation anesthesia with continuous monitoring of vital signs. Individualized care, stress minimization, and follow-up support including recommendations for home prevention are standard practice.
Cardiological examinations are performed both as part of preventive care and when heart disease is suspected. We offer echocardiography, pre-anesthetic or pre-surgical heart evaluations, diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning for identified cardiac conditions. We also provide regular check-ups and monitoring of disease progression. Appointments for cardiological examinations must be scheduled by phone — patients are then placed on a waiting list based on current capacity and urgency of their condition.
Medicine of small mammals includes comprehensive care for rabbits, guinea pigs, and other small animals. We perform tooth grinding and complete dental examinations, preventive and therapeutic castrations, tumor removals, and treatment of common diseases such as encephalitozoonosis, coccidiosis, dysmicrobia, tympany, and anorexia. For patients that stop eating, we offer hospitalization with intensive care, including assisted feeding and regular medication administration. Diagnostics are supported by X-rays, ultrasound, and laboratory blood tests to ensure the most effective treatment.
Dermatology and endocrinology are among the specialized fields of our clinic. Itching, hair loss, allergies, and other skin issues are addressed by our dermatologist. In endocrinology, we offer comprehensive care including glucose curve testing and monitoring of diabetic patients, as well as diagnosis and treatment of Cushing’s syndrome, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, and diseases of the reproductive system. Thanks to modern diagnostic methods and an individualized approach, we help animals achieve the best possible health.
